Have what Bea knows about you deleted
Short version: email us and we delete it. There is no account to log into and delete yourself, because there is no account — just an inbox and a small chat-progress record, both of which we can clear on request.
What there is to delete
If you chatted with Bea on this website or on Facebook Messenger and gave your name, email or mobile number — or asked her to connect you with our team — that went to us in one email, the same as a contact-form enquiry — see Privacy for how long we keep those.
If you used the Business Health Scorecard, the notice our team received (your name, business, email and scores, never your money figures) sits in our inbox like an enquiry — see Privacy. The email and PDF we sent you are in your own inbox, and are yours to delete.
If you messaged us on Facebook Messenger, we also keep a small record of where your conversation with Bea left off — tied to your Messenger id, not your name — so she doesn’t repeat the same questions if you message again. It expires on its own after 30 days of inactivity, and you can have it cleared sooner, too.
We don’t keep anything else from a Bea conversation: no chat transcript, no message history, nothing sold or shared with anyone else.
How to request deletion
Email hello@optivanceph.com from the address you used (or tell us the name and Facebook Page you messaged from), and ask us to delete your data. We’ll confirm what we found and that it’s been removed within 15 days.
You can ask the same way to see what we hold about you, or to have it corrected, instead of deleted — see Privacy and “Your rights” under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
This does not reach any message you sent us on Facebook itself — Messenger keeps its own copy of the conversation under Meta’s policies, which you manage from your own Facebook account.
